Formerly, I was the one managed the trucking business of my family. One thing I should make sure was the trucking insurance. I made sure that all of the commercial trucking insurance was up to date. I kept on asking my secretary about that matter. I could sense, that my secretary was so irritated every time I asked her about our company’s truck insurances. And when I get my retirement, I really trained my eldest son about the things in our business. In addition, I taught him the importance of our employees, why we need to take care of them and it is our company priority to make sure that our employees especially the truck drivers are in good hands and safe. Now, I can see how my eldest son values my words. He really takes care of our company and our people. Just like me, he makes sure that our all employees are safe not only that he also make sure that our property are protected with insurances. I am now ninety five years old, and I am very proud to say that our people (employees) are still in good hands with my son’s management.
